Went out with Maria and my mom last night and ran into quite a few old friends. I have really missed seeing Dale and even Brad and Joe were there. These guys are so much fun, I think the last time I saw them was when we all went to the Metallica concert together. It was really funny because when I told them I wanted to go they were like, we'll just get your ticket with ours.......well I assumed their girlfriends were going...... nope. I was the only girl there with about 6-8 guys and we had the best time, defiinitely the best concert I've ever gone to. lol I think that has always been the story of my life. For my 16th birthday party I had about 20 guys there and the only girl I invited was my best friend Sandy. All through high school other than Sandy the only friends I had were guys. I've never understood women.......for the most part I still don't. With men you don't have to second guess what they are thinking or what they really mean. They are so much easier to get along with...... and they are so much more fun. Which brings me back to last night. Even though I drank way too much.......which is one of the downfalls of drinking with men.....you can never seem to catch up! lol It has been way too long since I went out and just had fun. Although you can tell that we have all grown up a bit, (well except for the prank jokes played on poor Joe) because our conversations were mostly about our kids. I set up a playdate with Dale and his son Adam and I talked about preschools with Brad for his adorable daughter and I was happy to see the excitement in Jeremy's face as he talked about the upcoming arrival of his second baby. These guys have turned into incredible fathers and I am very proud to have them as friends. We don't see each other as often as we used to but the friendship is always there.

For once I am speechless. You are the best! Thank you for being such a wonderful friend, for always being there when I need you, for always knowing how to make me laugh, for always understanding what I mean when I say the wrong thing, for accepting me the way I am whether it's good or (mostly) bad, for just being you! xoxoxo

Yesterday Brittany starts screaming.... "Mom..... Anthony is choking! Anthony is choking!" I can hear him gasping for air in the next room. Marshall and I go running, both of us in the midst of trying to not have a heart attack when we get to the living room Anthony is watching tv and Brittany screams "April Fools!" I couldn't believe it. That was so NOT funny! She made Danielle make the gasping sounds. We had a long talk about appropriate jokes. I hate April Fool's day!

My email is majorly pissing me off!!!! I can't send anything out using Outlook and I know it has to be something really simple and stupid but I just can't find what is wrong. I can get my email I just can't email anything out unless I use my MSN account which I hate!! I have switched my MSN email account to be managed via Outlook......... and all that did was mess it up worse! Damn it! I just love Mondays! lol

I got the strangest email yesterday........a person I don't even know sent me an email and asked me to change some of the site content on this page because they found it to be offensive. Shock was not the word for my response......how about dumbfounded? lol

Okay Eden......I'm here in Poppit land and I can't find you. I some how ended up in some strange "singles bar" trying to figure out this damn game and all these weird people want to talk to me! Where the hell are you??? Help! lol

Last night watching Anthony eat these was hilarious!! He puckered up his face and his entire body started shaking..... lol...... but when we all started laughing he kept eating them just to make the girls giggle. My entire family used to think I was disgusting for eating them and now we all fight over the bag. hehe If you haven't tried them you should.

My cat killed a mouse last night....and she left it for us in front of the entertainment center. I freaked out.....I had visions of Anthony finding it and bringing it to me. Yuck!!!!!!! I get chills down my spine just thinking about it. Luckily, Marshall noticed it first and I didn't have to see it at all. Then I remembered the story I've heard of Marshall's sister. I guess she was sleeping and woke up to find her kitty sitting on her chest with a mouse hanging out if it's mouth! Can you imagine? I HATE mice and living out in the country you are bound to get a few which is why we have a cat. My daughters thought it was funny.....I'm sure they will be telling everyone at school. How embarrassing! lol....but then again I'm telling you all here so what the hell?

Last night I was sitting here at the computer when I heard a loud bang and my kids started screaming. I ran into the kitchen to find my daughters staring at the microwave in shock. It seems that they both wanted a Capri Sun juice which I keep frozen in the freezer to keep their lunches cool and also to prevent them from drinking something that is meant for school only. So my oldest daughter decides that the easiest way to defrost them is to put them in the microwave. Have you ever seen a Capri Sun juice? If you have you know that they are kept in foil pouches!! And of course everyone knows what happens if you put foil in the microwave right?? Obviously not. I guess I just assumed that she knew not to put foil in the microwave. I guess I was wrong! Luckily no one was hurt but it sure scared the shit out of me!

Okay Liz, I am patiently waiting for you to open.....The hard part is going to be trying to decide which candles to buy first. Forget it....I guess I'll just have to try them all. hehe I am soooo excited for you! :-)

I can't believe it's already Wednesday! It's starting to scare me how fast time flies by these days. Spring is here and before I can blink the kids will be out of school and on summer vacation. I really need things to slow down a bit.........where in the hell is the pause button?

Have you ever had one of those days when you wonder why in the hell you got out of bed in the first place? This was one of them. At least now it is time to go to bed. Keep your fingers crossed that Anthony doesn't wake us up at 5:00 am again.

Eden, I love your new page! Snapshots is great......but now I realize I need a new look! I am starting to feel boring and blah. It's a good thing I love you so much or else I might just start to hate you! hehe

Hope you all had a fun and safe St. Patty's Day weekend! And hopefully you drank some green beer for me since I didn't have a chance to get any. We had a great weekend bumming around with the kids. Today is their fifth day at home in a row......I think I need a vacation! hehe Not much going on, I'm feeling kinda bitchy today with no apparant reason why. Certain people are pissing me off.....don't worry it's not you. hehe......or is it? lol Oh well, that's a Monday for you.

Last night Nick invited me and Marshall to go have a beer with him and Albert. I wasn't in the mood to find a sitter and I really didn't feel like going. Well, of course Marshall says that if I'm not going, he's not going. If you've been here before or if you know us at all you know this drives me crazy. We are not attached at the hip and in order to keep our sanity we really do need time apart. So I shoved him out the door and made him go. His last words to me were, "I won't be long, I'm just gonna have one or two beers."

Yep, famous last words. I enjoyed a nice quiet evening at home, made cookies with the girls, didn't really do much which was nice. I happened to look at the clock and it was 11:00pm, I figured he'd be home any minute but just to be on the safe side I call him and tell him that if he needs a ride home to call me and I will pick him up. "No" he says......"your mom is here." hehe Well, I knew then that he wouldn't be home anytime soon!

Nope, midnight rolls around and then it's almost 1:00 am. I called him one more time just to remind him that he has to work in the morning! hehe My mom gave him a ride home and he stumbles down the stairs, looks at me through his bleary eyes and says "Why did you make me do that?!" Oh yeah, I poured the beer down his throat!! hehe...... is it my fault if he is an amateur?? Well, I spent a pleasant night curled up in bed reading a book.......he had a nice converstation with himself in the bathroom. lol Yep, he's gonna be mad at me today after a long day at work with a massive headache. Think I should feel sorry for him?

I think my mouth is still on fire! hehe We went out to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings last night. I had the "Blazin" wings and I asked for extra sauce......big mistake. But I managed to eat them and only guzzled down two beers and a glass of ice water. Marshall was laughing.....but he only ordered mild so what can you expect? lol I don't usually recommend restaurants but this is one that I tell everyone about. The service is incredible and the prices are reasonable. If you have one near you and haven't tried it I would definitely go there.......NOW......what are you waiting for?? hehe
